Pet Policy

Two pets maximum. $375 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, $600 for the second pet. $25 per month pet rent for the first pet, $40 for the second pet. The following pet breeds are restricted from this community: pit bull terriers/staffordshire terriers, doberman pinschers, presa canarios, Alaskan malamutes, rottweilers, chows, akitas, wolf-hybrids. Additional pet and breed restrictions may apply at this community. If you have pets, please see your leasing representative for more information. These restrictions and deposit requirements for not apply to qualified assistance animals.
